It’s Lay


So for today’s blog post I thought I would demonstrate all the ways I’m making changes in my life for March starting with becoming more organized.


The pages I made were inspired by bullet journaling . I want to eventually make one but not this year because I don’t have a plain note book or any stuff for it. So instead I wrote out pages on computer paper and I’m gonna just list down and demonstrate the templates I used for this.


*Side note- this is my very first time trying to draw pages like this


Positivity Pages


The first page I’m demonstrating is what I like to call my positivity page. In order to fulfill my goal of becoming more optimistic I have to be able to write down one good thing that happened that day. By the next half of the year (basically by June), I want to increase the amount of positive things I write down but I need to slowly progress and turn it into a habit.


Mood/ Habit Tracker


The next thing I wrote out is a habit/ mood tracker because I want to be able to monitor all the healthy habits I want to start doing everyday / every other day depending on the habit. According to research, it said it takes 66 days on average to form a habit (some people said 21 but I believe that I’d highly unlikely based on the amount of times I read 66 days over 21 days ). Since I had room on the page I added a box to demonstrate my mood for the day because I feel like it is important to be intact with your emotions because when it’s unknown it can lead to a bad habit of hiding them and not allowing yourself to show how you actually feel.


Content Calendar


My final page which I can’t take a photo of because what is on it is my content schedule. I have big plans for this blog and a top secret project I’m working on so I can’t really show you the lay out but it’s similar to the lay out of the positivity pages.




Now I can’t post the rest because it kind of personal to my physical health but it’s basically my plan to change my eating habits to fit my goals and what exercises are most effective to target what I want to work on.


i want to do my research in my notebook and look up each ingredients health benefit and then look up recipes on Pinterest and start making a meal plan for march that will give me multiple option.


Besides health stuff I want to keep track of my engagement on Instagram and twitter and set goals of the month. My twitter account needs help getting started because I'm really new to it so growing my engagement on that will be more difficult in comparison to Instagram. (Just to let you know my twitter is the same as my Instagram @simplylayxx- shameless self promo).


So that’s it for today’s blog. I’m sorry if it seems boring and not as neat as I hoped but I honestly this is my first time doing organization/ planning things and I'm still trying to find a flow to it but I'll get better at these thing over time.


I also apologize if my writing seems different in this blog. I'll explain in another post sometime this month.
